Kiralytics documentation

How to set up, use, and get the most out of Kiralytics.

Kiralytics supports multiple users in a single shared workspace. The most common pattern: bring in an accountant at month-end, a virtual assistant for invoice ops, or a partner who needs full visibility into the same data.

Roles

Role Can Cannot
Owner everything be demoted (only by transferring ownership)
Member work inside the shared workspace data change workspace settings, invite others

Roles are enforced server-side per request.

How invites work

  1. Open Settings → Team.
  2. Enter the invitee's email.
  3. Send the invite.
  4. They'll get an email with an accept link.

If the invitee doesn't have a Kiralytics account yet, signing up with that email and opening the same link claims the seat automatically.

Current limitation

For now, a Kiralytics account can belong to only one workspace. If someone already has their own populated workspace, they should accept the invite with a fresh account. Workspace switching will come later.

Beta grandfathering

Everyone who joins during private beta will get at least two free teammate seats when the team plan goes live. You'll keep this even after we start charging for additional seats.

What this means for you today

If you're the only person who needs access, you don't need to do anything. If you need help from a teammate, invite them from Settings → Team and they'll work inside the same workspace data once they accept.

Security notes

  • Everyone in a workspace sees the same data — there's no concept of "my clients vs. their clients". If you need strict isolation between businesses, that's a different category of feature we don't currently support.
  • Sessions are per-user, not per-workspace.

When you need more than roles

If you've grown past "an account and two helpers" into "a real organisation", talk to us. We've held off building true RBAC, multi-branch accounting, or per-user rates because none of our current users have asked. We don't want to over-build.
